Good week of fishing but bloody cold on the water early so rug up if your heading out over the school holidays.
Yarra Bay is fish well Jumbo Slimmy mackerel schooled up, Trevally are also mixed once the burley flows and the odd Tailor along with Coota have also join in, some great fishing for winter in the Bay.
Spinning with plastics for Flathead of late you will need to work hard to find them, work areas that get the sun most of the day as the Flathead will move into these areas in winter, along Brighton Beach along the drop off is a great starting point.
